This Privacy Policy describes how UAS Wildland Fire Collaborative ("UASWFC," "we," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at uaswfc.org or interact with us through forms or email.

UASWFC is an Oregon nonprofit public benefit corporation. Our mailing address is 4951 Griffin Creek Rd, Medford, OR 97501. Our contact email is info@uaswfc.org.

What we collect

We only collect information that you give us directly. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we receive the information you enter (name, email address, organization, role, subject, and message).
• Direct email. When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

We do not currently use website analytics, ad tracking, or behavioral cookies on uaswfc.org.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, page requests) for security and performance purposes. This is standard for any website hosted on the internet. We do not access this information for marketing or profiling.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries
• To process and acknowledge donations made through our donation platform
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities
• To maintain records of communications relevant to our nonprofit work

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third party services we use

We rely on a small number of third party services to operate the website and our communications:

• Cloudflare (hosting, security, contact form processing, spam protection through Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Workspace (email routing for info@uaswfc.org through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail account). Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Givebutter (donation processing, donor receipts, recurring contribution management for the Support page). When you donate, your payment information is collected and processed by Givebutter and its underlying payment processors; UASWFC receives your name, email, mailing address (if provided), donation amount, and any message you include. Givebutter's privacy practices are described at givebutter.com/privacy.

These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

How long we keep your information

We retain contact form submissions and direct email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain reasonable records of our work. We will not retain information longer than reasonably necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask us what information we have about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information from our records (subject to any legal retention obligations we may have)
• Opt out of any future communications

To exercise any of these rights, email info@uaswfc.org with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Oregon residents have additional rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. We will honor those rights for any Oregon resident regardless of whether our organization meets the statutory thresholds for OCPA applicability.

Children's privacy

The UASWFC website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at info@uaswfc.org and we will delete it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. We use industry standard hosting infrastructure and encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all form submissions. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will note them on our website.
