Agency GIS staff and incident commanders kept hitting a sign in wall on a page whose contents were already public. Every destination behind it was open already: the viewer, the ArcGIS Field Maps link, the feature service, the download.
So we opened the page itself. Share the data now works with no account. We hand the link to a GIS shop or an incident commander and it opens on whatever device is in their hand, first try, with nothing to set up.
The rest of the pilot portal is unchanged and still requires an account.
